Cornscape / IT Support
Cornscape are a busy and expanding company with a great reliance on the functioning of their internal IT systems. PCM have built up a strong relationship providing reliable and consistent support in a wide range of technical problems and disruptions. Cornscape are currently using our Direct IT Support Comprehensive contract.
PCM has been involved in a wide range of IT support jobs for Cornscape; these have ranged to larger projects such as replacing a server or switching from an in-house email system into a “cloud-like” email service, to comparatively smaller jobs such as rectifying problems regarding pdfs being unable to be opened. PCM have also worked hard at rectifying a lot of functionality and efficiency issues that Cornscape has come across. This includes providing solutions to printer problems when the printer fails to print or prints out in the wrong format, creating centralized calendars for each employee and creating efficient and secure folder permission for members of staff.
