Lorencia has joined the PCM team to manage the accounting and administration in Ula’s absence during maternity leave. Highly qualified for the role, Lorencia studied at the State University of New York (Empire State College) in Prague achieving the equivalent of a 1^st class BSc in Business Management and Administration. Lorencia later achieved a merit in her Accounting and Finance MSc, studying at Leeds Metropoliton University

Lorencia is very well travelled, having also lived in the former Czech Republic for 8 years before coming to Leeds. Before joining PCM, Lorencia worked as a project manager involved in budgeting, strategising and administration. When Lorencia is not acting as PCM’s right hand woman, she is doing much the same for her three children. An asset to the team, Lorencia states that she has found the transition of working in PCM particularly easy due to the helpful and willing nature of the rest of the team. Thanks, Lorencia!
