At the forefront of the engineering work at PCM, Lukasz has a first class distinction in his creative media and software technologies degree. His role primarily involves the development of solutions to client problems which covers a vast range of areas; from servers being down, to troubles with emails. Lukasz previously worked as a website developer, his jobs comprising every element of website design and creation.

At PCM, Lukasz’s most favoured aspect of his job is the flexibility and variety that is inevitable within the ever-changing IT industry, and he believes that his position at PCM allows him to constantly evolve and his good relationships with clients mean his efforts to help are rewarded. Lukasz’s computer monitor can be distinguished from anyone else’s with a Star Wars desktop background which fills him with enthusiasm to start the day every time he switches on his computer!
