Initially the main service offering of PCM, we have consistently provided a reliable shoulder to turn to in times of technical trouble for many of our clients. We are happy to provide an IT support service to one off customers on an ad hoc payment basis at our hourly rate. A much more cost efficient approach, however is to sign up to one of our IT contracts. These have been developed to provide a cost effective means of managing and answering your business’ IT needs.
The main difference between the two contracts is that the Direct IT Support Comprehensive contract includes quarterly maintenance onsite reviews as well as unlimited onsite call outs whereas the Direct IT Support Express contract includes unlimited remote support.
