Unlimited phone support for technical queries We are on the other end of the phone for any issues you have regarding your website. This service includes dealing with third parties on the client’s behalf where required.
Monthly amendments Based on the client’s needs and amount of ongoing development time will be mutually agreed and allocated each month.
Quarterly site review To maintain an authoritative presence online it is essential that websites keep abreast of changing internet trends and develop the included features. Furthermore, a website must appear to have had some recent activity - updates to the news section or the gallery, for example. We ensure that your website standards do not slip, and provide you with suggested updates and feedback each quarter.
