If an IT support contract isn't right for you and you just need a reliable IT company to call in your time of need, we can help - we can provide ad-hoc IT support on an hourly basis.

Many of our clients start out using our services this way before converting to a contract. If you have a particular issue you can't resolve, we will:

  • Discuss the issue over the phone and/or visit if required
  • Give you an estimate of the time required to resolve the issue and associated costs
  • Carry out the work and give you a summary of the work carried out alongwith any relevant information (such as passwords and other technical information that may be useful in the future)

If you have an IT issue you can't fix, give us a call.


Frequently Asked Questions

Before starting any work, we'll give you an estimate of the time and costs required to fix the problem. If we feel we may exceed this during the work, we will always call to discuss, allowing you to make a decision on whether to continue.

Of course, customers with contracts take priority, but generally speaking, we should be able to assist the same day, at least to make the initial inspection of the issue.
