    If you want to know the technical details, of course, we're happy to share them with you. However, if you just want your systems to work, we won't try to confuse you with technobabble

    IT should be a useful tool to help you in your daily work. When it goes wrong, it can be hugely frustrating. We understand that you want a stable system and that any issues need to be resolved swiftly
  • We're good at communication
    If you do experience an issue, we'll make sure you are kept updated whilst we carry out a fix. We send out a regular email newsletter to our clients, keeping them up to date with the changes happening in IT and how it affects their business
  • We don't give you a ticket number and ask you to wait in a queue
    When you ring with an IT support issue, you don't want to be waiting on hold for 20 minutes, or be given a ticket number and told you'll be called back in 6-8 hours. You should be able to speak directly to an engineer who knows your setup and can act quickly. The majority of support issues are resolved in minutes by phone or by remotely logging into your computer
  • You speak directly to our engineers
    You'll come to know our team by name. We think it's important that you can build a working relationship with us in order that we can properly advise you
  • We visit you regularly 
    Every 3 months, we visit your office to carry out an IT audit and advise you of areas that could be improved. This also involves taking photos to document your setup so that we can respond quicker should you call with an issue in the future
  • You can ring us about anything
    We regularly act as the middle-man between our customers and their other providers (whether that be software such as Sage, or other such as broadband suppliers). By doing this, we can sort the technical details between us so you can carry on with your day job

Our IT Support Contracts

IT Support can be thought of like breakdown cover for your car - when you experience an issue with the IT hardware or software, you call an engineer to resolve the issue. However, as part of our IT Support contracts, we offer a proactive service - we actively check that your equipment is working well and give our guideance as to how your IT infrastructure can be improved to help your business run more efficiently.

We offer two different IT Support contracts. Here are the key points:

IT Support Express Comprehensive
Unlimited remote and telephone support
On-site support At additional cost
Weekly server check At additional cost
Quarterly Site Visit to assess the IT network for any updates and potential problems
Service hours Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

No, our IT Support contracts are provided on a rolling 30 day basis. Many customers start by trialing our support for a month.

Whilst we are partners for some organisations (including Microsoft, Google, AVG), we are not tied to them - we find the right solution for your business, whether or not that is from one of our current suppliers.
